OLD BLACK STOVE M-185

Donna Petersen created and issued this classic piece in 1992.

Mother Mouse is standing on tiptoe on a wooden stool so she can reach to stir the contents of a blue pot on top of the big old fashioned black wood-burning stove. Mother Mouse wears a crisp white pinafore apron over her grey dress.

Mousey Jr. stands at the other side of the stove holding his plate ready for dinner. He looks fresh in his white shirt and red short pants.

OLD BLACK STOVE has so much detail you can see the white salt shaker sitting at the top of the stove and the WFF insignia on the side of the stove. The metal vent pipe of the stove seems to go into the wall. The entire scene is set on a pink tile floor under the stove and a braided rug sits on the floor in front of the stove.

All the authentic marks are on the bottom of the piece: the inked initials "DP", the white artist & year of issue sticker and the gold WFF sticker.

OLD BLACK STOVE is in mint condition with the original box and has lived in a smoke free home. This WFF figurine is priced at $ 135, plus $ 7 for shipping and full  insurance with the United States Postal Service.

"MOM & SQUEAKY CLEAN"
M-60 (RETIRED 2004)

One of the earlier pieces from 1981, William Petersen created a charming mother and child vignette; it was retired in 2004.

"Mother Mousey", dressed in a long pink dress and white apron, stands beside a green claw-foot tub. She has a sponge in hand ready to bathe her small child sitting in the water-filled tub. "Little Mousey" has his arms raised to be washed – we can also see his knees peeking above the water.

The tub has all the details: faucet & handles, in addition to the old fashioned claw-feet. The entire scene rests on a pink tile bathroom floor, surrounded by brown cattails.

The bottom of the figurine has all the authentic marks: white artist & date of issue sticker, inked initials "WP", and the gold WFF sticker.

"Mom & Squeaky Clean" comes to you in mint condition in the original WFF box, and has lived in a smoke free home. This WFF figurine is priced at $ 89, plus $ 7 for shipping and full  insurance with the United States Postal Service.
