On 09/20/’07 The
Kansas City Star ran an article that asked citizen to join a charity walk to get
prostitutes off the street. But isn’t street walking and selling your effort for
money considered prostitution? Also, who would walk for change? The article was
unclear about a rendezvous spot, presumably on a street corner. Time was not
disclosed, since this appears to be a small-time job.
The organizer said that she had taken several positions, and really wants the
public to bend over backwards. The walk is expected to have a low turnout, since
it’s virgin try. The follow-up event next year is booked as a rubber match.
There is hope for a turn over in an effort to snatch victory from a defeat. This
fall season was chosen, since the deciduous trees will be de-clothing. (I heard
one Ash tree say to a female conifer, " Take it off! Take it all off! ".
A few questions remain unanswered. Will the
organizer take names, addresses, phone #’s, etc? And, will she put them in her
little black book? Will she stiff those supporters by selling personal info?
Will these streetwalkers’ names appear in the paper as supporters of Hooker
Rights? Doesn’t this whole bit sound like folks are getting in bed with the Big
Bang Theory, revisited?
